Taking time to understand the project and what fixes were required immediately, we then moved on to looking at the various changes and new functionality they wanted.
Where it landed
The platform is now running faster with less issues, its continually being updated to the latest version of Laravel and a new native mobile app for truck and forklift drivers solves multiple problems they were having with signal issues.
