How we work

We design the API from the consumer's side first: what they need to do and in what order. That becomes a written contract before much code exists, so front end and mobile work can start in parallel. Changes after launch go into new versions, so nobody wakes up to a broken integration.

We test against the contract, add rate limiting and monitoring, and hand over documentation a new developer can follow on their own.
