What it covers

A first version of your product that real customers can sign up to, pay for and use. Not a prototype to be thrown away once it has made its point, but the foundations the next twelve months get built on: accounts, billing, permissions, an admin side for your own team, and the handful of features that make the product worth using.

How we work

We start by agreeing the smallest version that proves the idea, and write down what is deliberately left out so it does not creep back in. You see working software every week rather than a demo at the end. Decisions that are expensive to change later, such as the data model, tenancy and how billing works, get settled early and explained to you in plain terms.

You own the code, the hosting accounts and the domain from the first day.
