What it covers

Senior technical leadership for a few days a month, for companies that need that judgement but not a full-time hire. Setting technical direction, reviewing architecture, helping hire and structure a team, and giving you an honest view of where your technology really stands.

How we work

We start with an assessment: the code, the infrastructure, the team and the way work gets done, set against what the business is trying to achieve. You get a written account of what is working, what is at risk and what to do first.

After that the work settles into a regular rhythm: meetings with your team, reviews of important decisions, and someone technical in the room when it matters, such as with investors, customers or suppliers.

A good fit when
